There are few Executive Producers in Australia with over 20 years of packaged and livebroadcast expertise to rival Scott Young. This vast experience encompasses international programming, live major sporting events including the Formula 1 Grand Prix, 2007 Rugby World Cup & XXXX Beach Cricket, series documentary, animated features and music videos. Scott's industry and technical knowledge forms the backbone of the media business. Scott was Executive Producer of Series 1 of Top Gear Australia. He is EP on the current productions of The Pro Shop airing on One.

Andrew Fraser

Managing Director

Andrew has a unique and diverse skill set, having worked across every component of the sports industry since 1993. This includes event management, talent management, TV production, client service, hospitality, sponsorships and sales. As a result of Andrew's diversity, he has built up very strong relationships in the industry with media, athletes, sponsors, agencies and clients. Andrew drives the Talent and Sponsorship divisions of the business and seeks opportunities for our clients and corporate partners. He has extensive experience in sourcing, negotiating and executing corporate agreements and sponsorship deals. Andrew is also President of the 130 year old Manly Warringah District Cricket Club, that compete in the Sydney grade cricket competition.

Director OF CRICKET

“Kasper”, as he is affectionately known, will oversee the overall development and strategy of the recently formed cricket division. He will act as a mentor for the cricket talent and work closely with them to build their brands, set their goals and help them to achieve success on and off the field.

Kasper played 38 Tests for Australia over a ten year period, during the most successful era of Australian cricket ever. He will be forever remembered from the 2005 Ashes series when his courageous 59 run last wicket partnership with Brett Lee at Edgbaston ended just 3 agonising runs short of victory. After contributing 20, he gloved a contentious catch behind. England leveled the series 1-1 and went on to claim back the Ashes.

The world of cricket is changing at a rapid rate, so it is more important than ever for both young and established cricketers, to have professional representation and the right support structures in place. Kasper will combine his 19 years of knowledge from his playing career, with our strengths in media, talent and sponsorship, to create opportunities for our cricket talent. Kasper is a very popular and well respected figure with not only the players, but also media and sponsors.

Executive Assistant

Liz is a graduate from Boston University, completing a Bachelor of Science in Film and Television. Whilst studying, Liz completed internships at America’s largest public broadcasting company, WGBH, and Discovery Channel Australia. Liz has worked as a production assistant in offices and on set and is the Executive Assistant at 5 Oceans Media.
